It has come to my attention an opportunity to purchase the hostel in Istas has become available. I've spent several nights speaking with the current owner, Lady Chelsea Dunn; and have learned that she intends to relocate to a warmer climate.
Knowing as I do that all business in Istas must first cross your desk for approval, I'd like to arrange to meet with you to discuss not only my purchase of the Hostel, but a change in the status of my residence in the city. As our dealings with each other increase I find that a permanent home in Istas is desirable.
