*written quickly with purpose*
Lord Azrael Elysium, City of Istas Malas
Lord Azrael;
I seek a meeting with you urgently, in the hopes you have room for me in your city. The time for a graceful entrance has passed with what I can only describe as a war zone in the Crypts I've been living in. It seems the shadowlands have opened up and are pouring forth into the realm with undead I've not seen the likes of outside Khaldun. We are investigating as fast as we can from the Lyceum but have not found any answers of yet.
During the first day of the invasion I managed to salvage my belongings and escape while many fought off the hordes. I have now taken residence in my office at the Lyceum, but this arrangement can't last long. Please sir, let me know when you can see me, I've no home to return to anywhere else.

*Letter sealed and in its scroll case; Angelique from her office window whistles for Lucif, as he lights on the window sill she speaks with some urgence, "I've a letter for your master, the time has come for us to meet, I can't stay in Moonglow now." Scroll case secure Lucif fly's into the night sky for Istas*

Angelique Diavolo Mages Guild Moonglow
Lady Diavolo,
Indeed, please meet with me at the Elysium offices tomorrow night in downtown Istas, we can discuss your relocation then.
As for the source of the Khaldunian undead, Lysander Gathenwale one of the cursed of the tomb and a former member of the Lyceaum council in life, has constructed several skull totems in the middle of grave and cryptyards across Sosaria, and is using them a a focus, to transport some of Khalduns more lethal denizens to the surface.
One of his descendants, a Gathenwale, has picked up where Lysander left off in his study of the blood rituals of Khaldun and inadvertantly become a pawn of Lysander.
Reports from agents in the field indicate that the totems can indeed be destroyed using the venom of a nether-spider, named Sicarii, who can be found after traversing the ritual puzzles of Khaldun.
You may wish to pass this information on to constituates at the Lyceaum, and indeed, stopping Lysander should be a pertinent goal. His mind was unravelled in the halls of Khaldun centuries ago. Good and Evil aside, the chaos he brings and wishes to further, would not be beneficial for any organization on the surface of Sosaria.
I look forward to our meeting, and will arrange a team of movers to transport your belongings as we work through your new living arrangements tomorrow eve. Please expect them by sundown before you set out for the City.
By deed and blood, *signed simply* ~A
